Summer in Berlin is always the best time of year, and I’ve noticed my personal style choices have evolved from pandemic induced comfy and cozy to wanting to feel a bit more polished. Even if it’s just a trip to the grocery store!
With that in mind, I took a few moments to put this simple summer neutrals look together. Take a look!
Mixing Old + New
I wanted to put together a simple look featuring a mix of new and old items in my closet, and started off with this buttery soft leather cropped jacket I picked up in LA years ago.
I’ll admit, I’m a little obsessed with it, even now.
Not only is that cognac shade lush and luxurious, but this particular jacket has a fun little quirk – short sleeves. This unusual element makes it a cool summer staple that I love mixing with voluminous, graceful tops and dresses.
I loved the idea of adding a loose white top that has some structure, and I found the perfect top to fit the bill. The collar provides some edge to counter the soft, supple leather, and the right white brings that cool and crisp summery vibe. I love how airy and graceful it looks when it catches the summer breeze!
To pull everything together, I decided to bring in summery elements, like cool and luminous abalone shell, along with simple golden details.
Shop the Look!
I love abalone because of it’s versatile nature. A gorgeous summer staple that transitions beautifully to any season.

So light and incredibly chic, these minimalist circle earrings are formed by hand and perfect for everyday wear.
