If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, I accept returns and exchanges for the cost of the item on unworn merchandise in original condition within (30) days of the date the item was received as noted by DHL.
Please note that I cannot provide refunds on shipping.
Before sending in your item, you will need to do the following:
- Please contact me notifying me of your return/exchange so I know to expect it and how to proceed after it arrives.
- Use a padded envelope or box to return unworn item(s) in original condition and with the original packaging. Please include a note letting me know if you would like to return/exchange and the reason for the return/exchange as it will help me provide you better service in the future.
- Be aware that shipping associated with returns/exchanges is the responsibility of the customer; I do not pay for return shipping.
- Keep shipment record for tracking purposes and ship your returns/exchange to:

Damaged in Transit
If an item arrives to you damaged in any way, please contact me as soon as possible. In most cases I can replace merchandise that was damaged in transit. In order to get reimbursement from the carrier, I will need clear images of the damaged package and item before it is returned, which can be emailed to me.

Your replacement or refund will be sent after receiving the original merchandise.
After receiving your return, I will credit the amount of the item total back to your card/payment type. It may take up to (15) days to process the credit, and may take 1-2 statement cycles to appear on your statement.
