Custom orders

I love working on custom orders! If you have a special occasion coming up or just want something in a different finish or using different gems, contact me.

Typically, custom orders take approximately 1-4 weeks to complete, depending on complexity and size. I work with you on your vision, and help it come to life!

Please note that a 50% non-refundable deposit is required prior to beginning your project. No returns are available for custom orders. 


I take pride in my work and am happy to offer repairs. There are a few different circumstances that I’ve encountered in the past:

General Repairs Service | I accept repairs on jewelry a result of wear and tear – not just my own! Please contact me to get a quote, and please be aware that you will be responsible for shipping charges for general repairs.

Replacement Service | This most often happens if an earring is lost or broken and needs to be replaced. I am likely to have the materials needed to replace what was lost. Please contact me for confirmation and to get a quote, and be aware that you will be responsible for shipping charges replacement services.

Craftsmanship Issues | I do my best to create a quality product, and guarantee my work. If a repair is required as a result of faulty craftsmanship, I’m happy to repair your item at no charge. In this case, you will be responsible for shipping the product to me, and I will cover shipping charges back. Please contact me within (30) days of delivery of your order and follow the directions below:

  1. Send an image of the item, specifically the problem are so I am able to determine the issue and what needs to be fixed.
  2. Repairs related to craftsmanship issues, please wait for an email confirmation of your repair approval prior to shipping your repair back.
  3. When your repair is approved: Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping charges to me and I will cover the shipping back.
