Typically, bespoke jewelry orders take approximately 1-4 weeks to complete, depending on complexity and size. I work with you on your vision, and help it come to life!
Please note that a 50% non-refundable deposit is required prior to beginning your project. No returns are available for custom orders.

General Repairs Service | I accept repairs on jewelry a result of wear and tear – not just my own! Please be aware that you will be responsible for shipping charges for general repairs.

Replacement Service | This most often happens if an earring is lost or broken and needs to be replaced. I am likely to have the materials needed to replace what was lost. In this case, you will be responsible for the cost of replacement and shipping.

Craftsmanship Issues | I do my best to create a quality product, and guarantee my work. If a repair is required as a result of faulty craftsmanship, I’m happy to repair your item at no charge. In this case, you will be responsible for shipping the product to me, and I will cover shipping charges back.
Please contact me within (30) days of delivery of your order and follow the directions below:
- Send an image of the item, specifically the problem are so I am able to determine the issue and what needs to be fixed.
- Repairs related to craftsmanship issues, please wait for an email confirmation of your repair approval prior to shipping your repair back.
- When your repair is approved: Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping charges to me and I will cover the shipping back.
Two YEar Warranty
Your Zurina Ketola demi-fine jewelry comes with a two year warranty on craftsmanship issues.
Please note that the warranty does not cover typical wear and tear, or damage done by inadvertent human error. In both of these cases, I am happy to offer repair or replacement services as needed for a fee, as noted above.
