Shipping
Currently we ship to the US and Canada. We are proud to offer our customers in the US free shipping via USPS Priority Mail. For our Canadian customers, we offer a flat fee of $11.00 via USPS. Please visit our shipping page for more information.

Returns
Returns are accepted on everything except custom work and items in the sale category. Please visit our returns page for more information on returns.

Repairs
I am happy to help with repairs for our jewelry. Please note that you are responsible for any shipping charges incurred. Please note that certain repairs may include an additional charge. Just contact me and we can get started on your repair.

Jewelry Care
All Zurina Ketola Designs handcrafted jewelry is very delicate in nature, and should be stored accordingly. Keep it in a lined jewelry box with a tight closure or the air-tight bag you received it in to prevent scratching and tarnishing. Should your handmade jewelry tarnish, polish gently with a jewelry polishing cloth. We do not recommend using chemicals as they can damage the gems and pearls. Specialty Services
We now offer our customers new two new and unique specialty services! First off, we have Gift Assist. This service was developed to help anyone that has a tough time finding cool and unique gifts for birthdays, anniversaries, or any other special occasion.
